Rewired AOS Ltd (“Rewired AOS”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in England & Wales, with its registered office at Room 20 The Chainworks, Unit 15 The Arches, Arches Trading Estate, Spon End, Coventry, CV1 3JQ. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

2. What data we collect

• Contact data you submit via our forms or booking pages — name, email, company, message.
• Technical data automatically collected by our hosting and analytics providers — IP address, browser, device, referrer and pages visited.
• Cookies strictly required to run the site. We do not currently set advertising cookies.

3. How we use it

We process personal data to respond to enquiries, deliver our services, secure the site, and comply with legal obligations. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are legitimate interest, contract, and consent where required.

4. Sharing

We use trusted processors to run the site (hosting, email, scheduling and analytics). They process data only on our instructions under written contracts. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after last contact, then deleted or anonymised. Client data is retained for the duration of our engagement plus the period required by UK tax and accounting law.
