Do I have to install all six systems?
No. Most clients start with one or two — usually Lead OS or Ops OS where the leak is biggest. Systems are designed to install independently and connect later. The audit tells us where to start.
Who owns the systems after install?
You do. Accounts, data, content, sending domains — everything stays in your name. If you ever leave the managed service, the systems keep running.
What if my team is resistant to AI?
Ops OS doesn't replace your team — it removes the work they hate. We involve the people who do the work in the install, and we measure the time we give back. Resistance disappears once they stop spending Friday afternoon on invoices.
Can I cancel the management?
